Order Cancellation

Please note that we can only cancel orders before they are despatched. To find out if your order has been despatched, click here to access the Order Tracking Screen. To cancel an order, please email Customer Services.

Payment

We currently accept Payment by Credit Cards. However, if you wish to pay by BACS, Cheque, or open a Business Account, please contact Accounts.

Back Orders

Backorder products are items which are not immediately available. these stocks are awaiting delivery from our suppliers. Availability information is available with every product which tells you whether or not it is in stock, and when it is expected to ship. You may continue to place an order with the knowledge that it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

You will be notified via e-mail when the products become available and are ready for shipment to you. Your account will show more detailed information, as to its date of shipment and expected arrival date.

For any back order products that you order, payment in full is required before the order can be processed. in circumstances where you wish to cancel a previously placed order, this may only be done prior to shipping.

If you order a number of items, and some of the items are on back order, you will be sent an email, and you will have the option to hold the order until all items are in stock, or just to ship the items that are in stock.

When you place your order, you are connected to our Secure Server and any information you send us is encrypted while it's being transferred - safe as houses
