So long as your order has not yet been despatched, orders can be cancelled by emailing Customer Services quoting your Email Address and Order Number.
Note: orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched.

What if I have a customer service problem ? In the first instance please email Customer Services, with your order number or invoice number. Please state clearly the problem or query. A Customer Care Assistant will respond quickly (normally within 20 minutes) during working hours.
Problems are normally resolved quicker by Email, however if you would like to use the telephone then the number may be found here.
What if i have a technical problem ?
If you have a technical problem with any product that you have purchased from us, in the please email us your invoice number with as much detail as possible about the fault.
